Transaction Banking provides clients with a comprehensive suite of payments, liquidity and cash management solutions supported by modern technology, global connectivity and a commitment to continuous innovation.

The Payments Product team is responsible for the strategy, development and management of payment products and capabilities across domestic and international markets.

The team works closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Client Service, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Treasury teams to deliver scalable payment solutions, enhance client experiences and support the continued growth of the Transaction Banking business.

YOUR IMPACT

The Payments Product Analyst will support the development, management and enhancement of payment products and capabilities. The role provides exposure to product strategy, client engagement, market developments, operational processes and delivery of new product features.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of the Payments Product roadmap and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with product research, analysis and business case development.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of product documentation, presentations and internal communications.
  • Support governance, risk management and regulatory review activities related to product changes.
  • Participate in testing, implementation and product launch activities.
  • Work with stakeholders across Transaction Banking to help deliver a consistent client experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1+ years of Treasury/Cash Management product management/development or engineering/operations experience
  • Mission Driven: Must be a strong believer in the team and mission

  • Forward thinking: Anticipation of organizational needs for efficiency
  • Ability to generate ideas, identify and drive the development of new business

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic achievement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in payments, treasury management, banking or financial technology.
