Titans RE
Titans RE is a Zurich-based hotel investment advisory firm continuing its growth phase. We operate with a structured, data-driven approach, connecting curated hospitality assets and projects with selected investors and operators across international markets. To further strengthen our transaction and project capabilities, we are looking for a motivated Transactions Consultant.
Tasks
- Manage real estate sales activities using our in-house matching and pitching solutions, and conduct personalized follow-up (calls, emails, visits) to initiate transactions.
- Maintain high attention to Priority Clients through regular strategy reviews and check-ins, identifying market opportunities and presenting them appropriately.
- Support client and internal projects, including Joint Venture setups, licensing and franchise projects, valuations, exit preparations, and opportunity analyses.
- Facilitate transaction and project initiation under the lead of the Senior Transaction Advisor, and support management throughout the transaction process.
- Meet new buyers and keep their profiles and documentation up to date.
- Analyze the impact of geopolitical, economic, and local news on client accounts and the ongoing internal group-building process.

Requirements

- 4+ years of real estate experience, ideally in the commercial/hospitality real estate
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
- Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken, with a winning mentality
- High quality awareness and ability to work independently in a remote environment
