Transaction Manager
Location: Guildford
Salary: £35,000 Basic + OTE £70,000+ + Company Car

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a busy main dealership in Guildford. This role is ideal for an established Transaction/Business Manager or an ambitious Sales Controller or top-performing Sales Executive looking to take the next step in their career.

Transaction Manager Role
- Maximise finance, insurance, warranty and value-added product sales while maintaining FCA compliance
- Support the sales team in closing deals and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Appraise part exchanges and assist customers throughout the buying process
- Coach and mentor Sales Executives to improve F&I performance and product knowledge
- Monitor finance and insurance performance, reporting on key KPIs and driving continuous improvement
- Maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism and customer satisfaction
Transaction Manager Requirements
- Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or a high-performing Sales Controller/Sales Executive ready to step up
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills
- Commercially driven with a customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
