Sandicliffe is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and commercially driven Transaction Manager / Business Manager to join our award-winning team at Nottingham FordStore.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting a successful sales team, and driving business performance. As a key member of the dealership leadership team, you'll play an important role in helping customers find the right finance and protection solutions while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and customer care.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into vehicle sales.
  • Guiding customers through finance and insurance (F&I) products, ensuring solutions meet their individual needs.
  • Ensuring all finance and compliance processes are completed accurately and responsibly.
  • Working closely with Sales Executives to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, finance partners, and colleagues.
  • Monitoring performance against key targets and helping drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining a high level of product, manufacturer, and regulatory knowledge.
  • Delivering a seamless, transparent, and inclusive customer experience from enquiry to handover.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Controller, Sales Manager, or a similar automotive retail role.
  • A proven track record of delivering results within a target-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A collaborative leadership style and the ability to support and develop others.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
