- Support clients through buy-side and sell-side transaction processes
- Deliver analysis on earnings, working capital, cash flow, and debt
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines

- Contribute to the growth of the transactional services team
The Role
As a Transaction Service Senior Manager, you will lead detailed financial due diligence for corporate and private equity clients. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality reports and work directly with clients and internal teams. You’ll also be involved in developing new business opportunities and mentoring junior staff. The role requires strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to handle complex transactions confidently.

- Lead due diligence engagements in buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Oversee team activities, review key deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide insights on financial performance and risks for M&A deals
- Support business development, including client pitches and proposal writing
- Coach and develop junior team members to promote team success
The Ideal Candidate
You will have thorough experience in managing financial transaction projects and a passion for advisory work. Your skills will help drive successful deals and long-term client relationships.
Mandatory:
- Hold an ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience leading buy-side or sell-side transaction projects
- Advanced skills in financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and teams effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to client delivery
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced advisory or corporate finance environment
- Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP/FRS 102, and financial controls
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI for financial modelling and reporting
- Track record in business development and expanding client networks
