We are working on behalf of a leading firm to recruit a Transaction Services Executive/ Assistant Manager to join their growing Corporate Finance team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with either 1+ year of Transaction Services experience or a strong background in data analytics looking to develop within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting M&A transactions, performing financial due diligence, and using data analytics to deliver insights to clients. You will work alongside experienced professionals across the wider Corporate Finance team, gaining exposure to high-profile deals and strategic advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Conduct financial due diligence and detailed financial analysis
- Use data analytics tools to enhance due diligence and reporting processes
- Identify trends, risks, and value drivers through data-led insights
- Contribute to client presentations and deal documentation
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and clients

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Transaction Services or a data analytics role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ACA/ACCA qualified (preferred but not essential)
