Transaction Services Associate Director
We are currently working with an established and highly respected advisory firm that is looking to appoint a Transaction Services Associate Director to join its growing London team.
The team has built an excellent reputation in the mid-market, advising private equity houses, corporates and entrepreneurs on a broad range of buy-side and sell-side transactions. With a strong pipeline of work and continued investment in the team, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing platform offering significant client exposure, leadership responsibility and clear progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Financial Due Diligence engagements across a broad range of mid-market transactions.
- Manage projects from initial scoping through to final report delivery, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors and other key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop junior team members while overseeing the delivery of high-quality work.
- Work closely with Partners on complex transactions and support business development initiatives to drive continued team growth.

Requirements
- Strong Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience gained within a professional services environment.
- Experience operating at Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director level, with the ability to lead engagements independently.
- Proven client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- ACA / ACCA / CA qualified preferred (or equivalent experience).
