Associate Director - Financial Due Diligence
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate Director to join a growing and entrepreneurial advisory practice in London.
Working closely with Partners and senior leadership, you will lead financial due diligence and transaction advisory engagements for a broad range of corporate, entrepreneurial and private equity-backed clients, while helping to drive the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee financial due diligence engagements from planning through to completion.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted adviser throughout the transaction process.
- Review and deliver high-quality reports and client deliverables.
- Identify key commercial and financial risks, opportunities, and value drivers.
- Support business development activities and contribute to winning new work.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
- Work alongside Partners on strategic initiatives and practice growth.

Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong Transaction Services, Due Diligence, or Deals Advisory experience.
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and project teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report writing skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
- Previous experience at Senior Manager or Associate Director level preferred.
