Join a leading professional services firm as an Associate Director within a high-performing Transaction Services team, delivering financial due diligence on a diverse range of domestic and international deals.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deals professional to take on greater leadership responsibility, work with senior stakeholders and accelerate progression within a growing practice.

Our client is a market-leading professional services organisation with a strong national presence and an established reputation for advising corporate, private equity and entrepreneurial clients on complex transactions. With continued investment in its Deals practice, the firm is seeking an ambitious individual to support the delivery of financial due diligence engagements across a diverse range of sectors and transaction sizes.
Description
- Lead financial due diligence engagements on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and investment transactions
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring high-quality client delivery and adherence to deadlines
- Analyse financial performance, working capital, cash flow and key business drivers to identify transaction risks and opportunities
- Prepare and review detailed due diligence reports for a range of stakeholders including private equity investors, lenders and corporates
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the deal lifecycle
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing, networking and contributing to winning new work
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, providing technical guidance and leadership
- Work closely with colleagues across tax, valuation, M&A and restructuring teams to deliver integrated client solutions

Profile
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
- Significant experience within Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or Deals Advisory
- Demonstrable experience leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects
- Strong financial analysis and report-writing capabilities
- Experience managing client relationships and leading engagement teams
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify business development opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience within a leading accountancy firm, advisory practice or corporate finance environment
