Transaction Services Associate Director – Glasgow / Edinburgh
We are currently working with a leading global advisory firm that is looking to appoint a Transaction Services Associate Director to join its established Scotland team, with opportunities available in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen.
The team advises private equity investors, corporates and financial sponsors across a broad range of complex buy-side and sell-side transactions. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across the Scottish market, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing Transaction Services platform offering significant client exposure, leadership responsibility and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Financial Due Diligence engagements across a broad range of mid-market and larger transactions.
- Manage projects from initial scoping through to final report delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client service throughout.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, private equity investors, management teams and other advisers.
- Lead, mentor and develop junior team members, taking responsibility for the quality and delivery of engagements.
- Work closely with Partners and senior leadership on complex transactions and contribute to business development and wider team growth.
- Support the continued development of the Transaction Services offering across the Scottish market.

Requirements
- Strong Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience gained within a professional services or advisory environment.
- Experience operating at Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director level, with a track record of leading engagements.
- Proven experience working with private equity, corporate and/or financial sponsor clients.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex engagements.
- Experience managing, mentoring and developing teams.
- ACA / ACCA / CA qualified preferred, although relevant experience will also be considered.
