Transaction Services Associate Director Opportunity
You’ve built a strong track record in transaction services. You’re confident leading deals, clients trust your judgement, and you’re developing the relationships and commercial credibility to win work. Now you’re looking for the opportunity to turn that experience into a Director role.
This Transaction Services Associate Director opportunity is designed to get you there relatively quickly, giving you the client ownership, commercial responsibility, and senior support to demonstrate you’re ready.
If you’re already delivering strong work and can demonstrate your ability to win business, this is an opportunity to turn that track record into career progression. You’ll have room to build your reputation, grow your own client relationships, and take on a visible leadership role, within a collaborative culture that supports hybrid and flexible working.
What you'll do
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, translating complex findings into clear, commercially relevant advice for investors and management teams.
- Take ownership of delivery and client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout the transaction.
- Play an active role in growing the practice, developing relationships with potential clients and intermediaries, identifying opportunities through your network, and leading proposals and pitches alongside the Partners to convert these into new mandates.
- Lead and develop colleagues, giving them the support and responsibility to progress, while working across the wider advisory team to provide joined-up support to clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
