Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Most importantly, you'll help clients answer their most critical commercial questions using data-driven insight and strategic thinking

In summary, we've built an amazing team in which we’re confident you’ll have fun, learn loads, build confidence and have some fantastic experiences (personal and professional)

The role is for you if:

You will be technically minded, and driven by solving complex problems, and you get a kick out of explaining how you do it. You’ll be working with some excellent analytical brains and varying stakeholders for our clients, and for this reason you will know how to explain the technical details to non-technical people.

You will use your commercial and financial skills to understand the drivers of a business, analyse their data and use this to provide clear insights and advice to our clients. You will need to have:

  • Strong relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical analysis into clear commercial insights for a wide range of stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in Alteryx, SQL, Python, and Power Query to solve commercial problems with large, complex datasets, and leading the creation of impactful Power BI visualisations and dashboards
  • Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent client engagements while maintaining exceptional quality and commercial outcomes
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across analytics, technology, and transaction advisory while building inclusive, high‑performing teams that are self‑motivated and continuously learning
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client value, engagement economics and risk management
  • Experience contributing to proposition development, practice growth, and market‑facing thought leadership, while successfully identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and driving revenue growth through business‑development activities
