An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Transaction Services professional

Join a leading national advisory firm in a senior leadership capacity, focused on the rapidly growing Life Sciences sector. The successful individual will play a key role in driving deal activity, developing client relationships and shaping the future growth of a market-leading Healthcare and Life Sciences transactions practice.

Client Details

Our client is a highly regarded professional services firm with an established national Deals practice and a strong reputation within the Healthcare and Life Sciences market. With an impressive track record of advising private equity investors, corporate acquirers, owner-managed businesses and high-growth companies, the firm is continuing to invest in its transaction capabilities and sector expertise.

Description

  • Lead financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions within the Life Sciences sector
  • Manage and develop relationships with private equity firms, corporate clients, investors and key market stakeholders
  • Identify and originate new business opportunities within the Healthcare and Life Sciences market
  • Provide strategic advice throughout the transaction lifecycle, helping clients assess risks, opportunities and value drivers
  • Lead engagement teams on complex domestic and international transactions
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Tax, Valuations and other advisory disciplines
  • Support the continued growth and development of the firm's Life Sciences proposition
  • Mentor and develop junior colleagues whilst building a high-performing team
  • Contribute to market profile through networking, thought leadership and industry events

Profile

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Extensive Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence experience gained within a leading professional services or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of M&A transactions and deal execution
  • Experience advising clients within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, MedTech or related sectors
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining senior client relationships
  • Demonstrable business development and revenue generation experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
