📍 Location: Thames Valley / London
💷 Salary: OTE of £300k+ comprising basic of £135k to £175k and uncapped bonus + medium term equity potential

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
You'll combine technical excellence with commercial leadership, helping grow the firm's Transaction Services capability while remaining hands-on throughout the deal lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments.
- Advising private equity investors, corporates, entrepreneurs and management teams on complex transactions.
- Delivering and reviewing high-quality financial due diligence reports.
- Winning new business through your own relationships and market profile.
- Building long-term relationships across the private equity and corporate finance community.
- Mentoring and developing an established, high-performing Transaction Services team.
- Working closely with Corporate Finance, Transaction Tax and Debt Advisory Partners to unlock cross-referral opportunities.
- Leading multiple transactions while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Helping shape the long-term growth and direction of the Transaction Services practice.
👤 Who We're Looking For
You're not simply an outstanding due diligence specialist. You're a trusted adviser. A commercial thinker. A relationship builder. Someone clients call before the deal even starts.
You'll bring:
- Significant Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence experience.
- Strong expertise across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- A successful track record advising private equity investors, owner-managed businesses and corporate clients.
- A proven ability to originate work through your own professional network.
- Board-level credibility and commercial confidence.
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- The ambition to help grow a market-leading practice.

You could currently be working within:
- Top 20 Accountancy Firms
- Financial Due Diligence boutiques
- Corporate Finance advisory firms
- Mid-market advisory practices
- Larger firms where progression to equity or meaningful influence has become increasingly difficult
