The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Transaction Support Team. This role would suit someone at an early stage in their career who is keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of corporate lending and debt capital markets transactions. This position offers broad exposure across the full transaction lifecycle, working closely with Transaction Managers and building valuable technical and operational expertise.
For the right candidate, this role can provide a pathway for progression into other areas of the business, including Transaction Management, Operations, or other specialist functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality administrative support across multiple live transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Maintain and update client and transaction records within internal systems
- Support onboarding of new deals and entities, including data entry and account setup
- Coordinate the opening and ongoing management of transaction bank accounts with external banking partners
- Set up and manage secure deal platforms (e.g. Debt Domain), including document uploads and investor reporting distribution
- Track key milestones, deadlines, and obligations through effective calendar management
- Manage the receipt, logging, and secure storage of transaction and legal documentation (both physical and electronic)
- Ensure all transaction-related communications are accurately recorded and filed
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, providing timely and professional communication
- Contribute to process improvements, team initiatives, and ad hoc projects as required
