Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The project is designed to help evaluate the accuracy of how payment transactions are matched to individuals.

As a participant, you'll review a set of recent payment transactions and indicate whether or not you recognize each transaction as one you made yourself.

How It Works

If selected for the project:

  • You'll provide the email address(es) you use with selected merchants, subscriptions, apps, or online accounts
  • Our payments processing client will use those email address(es) to identify payment transactions it believes are associated with you and securely provide a list of those transactions for the project
  • You'll be presented with approximately 50 recent transactions from the last 3 months through the designated project platform. The information shown may include details such as the merchant name, date, amount, payment method, card identifier, and card issuer to help you recognize each transaction
  • You'll indicate whether or not you recognize each transaction as one you made yourself and, where helpful, add a short note

The activity is expected to take approximately 1-2 hours.

You will not be asked to provide or upload your own transaction history, bank statements, full card number, online banking login credentials, banking password, PIN, or CVV.

Please note that this is a data validation activity only.
