We are looking for a Transactional Banking Lawyer who appreciates the endless possibilities that working as a freelancer can offer.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience of transactional banking deals, whether in private practice or in-house as well as:
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts including corporate loan transactions
- Experience in LMA loan documentation and a strong background in the syndicated loan market, with the ability to manage your own transactions
- Exposure to loan processes and handling multiple stakeholders in large deals
- Knowledge of banking law and experience in negotiating related documentation
- Experience in a in-house team via secondment or otherwise is desirable
- 5+ PQE
