We combine strategic thinking with technical expertise to solve client challenges and create a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable world. We partner with leading companies to address ESG-related business challenges in a way that fits their pace and objectives. Our UK team works closely with sister organisations across Europe, Asia, and Latin America and as a founding member of the Inogen Alliance.

Role Description

This role reports directly to the Service Line Director and is a hybrid role, based at home but with regular attendance at one of our primary UK hubs preferred (Leeds, Manchester, London, and Nottingham currently). As we enter an exciting build-out and scaling phase, this position offers candidates the chance to make a visible stamp on our service line by taking charge of a fast-growing Transactional Flood team.

  • Provide commercially focused Transactional Flood advice to Real Estate clients in the UK and Europe.

  • Actively engage with Transactional Flood clients in the Real Estate sector and take the lead in developing new business in conjunction with the Transactions Support practice.
  • Attend key events from a technical and business development perspective.
  • Keep up to date with developments in legislation and guidance that impact flood risk advice and implement best practice and key developments into the operations of the team.
  • Mentor staff across the Flood team to support their professional development and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
  • Maintain a good awareness of Real Estate markets and other wider financial, economic, and geopolitical events that may impact Transactional markets.
  • Drive business development through proposals, networking, and thought leadership, working with the Service Line Director.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
