Job Description
This position will oversee and manage the financial transactions of the company, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all payments. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Generating and distributing customer invoices.
- Processing and applying customer payments to outstanding invoices.
- Reviewing and reconciling customer accounts.
- Communicating with customers regarding overdue payments and resolving any related issues.
- Communicating with external stakeholders (third-party accountants, leasing companies, etc.).
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of all transactions in the accounts receivable system.
- Ensuring Aged Balances are minimized.
- Managing customers on hold.

General
- Assisting with month-end close procedures including bank reconciliations.
- Preparing and maintaining various reports and spreadsheets as required.
- Assisting with other accounting tasks as needed.
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Supporting SOX / audit tasks as necessary.
- Other duties including Accounts Payable may be assigned.
What you need to know
Experience/Skills/Education
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including Pivots and V-Lookups).
- Experience with accounting software (preferably NetSuite and Concur).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and possessing a problem-solving attitude.
- Fluency in English and French.

Desired:
- Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Other language skills (Spanish or German) a plus.
