About the Role
As a Transactions Manager in the property industry, based in Runcorn, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will help maintain the financial health of the business by managing processes and supporting the accounting team.

Description
- Manage and oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the accounting team with reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures.
- Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with audits and ensure all records are up to date.
- Train and support team members in transaction-related tasks.
