Transfer Agency PM Needed!
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to support the definition and implementation of a Transfer Agency (TA) Operating Model for a newly onboarding client. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, testing, and delivery of the operating model. This role requires you to go into the London office 3 days a week with my client being able to pay up to £750 per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the planning and management of Model Office and other functional testing activities.
- Scheduling meetings and checkpoints.
- Documenting discussions.
- Reporting progress.
- Tracking issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Escalating project and program risks to management.
- Working proactively with stakeholders to achieve target onboarding and conversion timelines.

Requirements
- The position requires the use of standard project governance tools to manage documentation, reporting, and risk tracking.
- Previous experience in UK Transfer Agency projects or operations is essential.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams.
- Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and functional testing within a financial services environment will be highly advantageous.
