Transfer Pricing Manager | Advisory | UK
We're looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join a firm where you'll work hand-in-hand with Tax, Audit and Corporate Finance specialists to deliver commercially-focused advice. This is for a short-term contract.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading TP engagements end-to-end — planning through delivery
- Designing and reviewing TP policies for multinational groups
- Running functional interviews and overseeing Local Files, Master Files & documentation
- Managing benchmarking studies and pricing analyses
- Advising on cross-border financing, interest benchmarking and thin cap
- Building genuine, long-term client relationships
- Mentoring and developing junior team members

What you'll bring:

- ACA / ACCA / CA / CTA / ADIT (or equivalent)
- Solid TP experience — professional services or industry
- Strong grasp of UK TP legislation and OECD Guidelines
- Hands-on with documentation, functional analysis and benchmarking
- Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Comfortable using tech/AI tools to work smarter
