Join a growing transfer pricing team within a Top 10 UK accountancy and advisory firm

This Assistant Manager role offers exposure to UK and international advisory projects, multinational clients and genuine opportunities to influence the growth of an expanding service line.

Client Details

Our client is a highly respected Top 10 UK accountancy and advisory firm with a strong national presence and an extensive international network. The business advises a broad range of clients, from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses to large multinational groups, across audit, tax, advisory and corporate finance services.

Having made significant investment into its transfer pricing capability, the firm is continuing to grow its specialist offering and is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to join at an exciting stage of development. This creates a unique opportunity to work closely with senior transfer pricing leaders while helping shape the future direction of the service line.

Description

  • Manage transfer pricing compliance and advisory assignments for a varied client portfolio
  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files and supporting analyses
  • Support clients with transfer pricing policy design, implementation and risk management
  • Conduct and review benchmarking studies and economic analyses
  • Assist clients in responding to evolving UK and international transfer pricing requirements
  • Support transfer pricing aspects of corporate transactions, restructurings and due diligence projects
  • Collaborate with tax, audit, advisory and corporate finance teams on cross-service line projects
  • Work alongside international colleagues on cross-border assignments
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a trusted adviser
  • Support business development activities and identify opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical development

Profile

  • ACA, CTA, ATT, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven transfer pricing experience gained within practice, industry or a specialist advisory environment
  • Experience delivering transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects
  • Previous experience operating at Assistant Manager level or ready to step into an Assistant Manager position
  • Strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and UK transfer pricing legislation
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver a high standard of service
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving
