Our client, an instantly recognisable technology business are looking to hire a TP Director as the business continue to expand internationally. Growth by M&A shows no sign of slowing, and the Group Tax function is evolving as they look to hire a TP director, built to give the business a single, senior owner of TP strategy as the group continues to integrate acquired entities into its structure.
This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a transfer pricing function from a position of genuine seniority, within a business whose brand needs no introduction.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, you will take full ownership of transfer pricing for the global group - from policy design through to documentation, defence, and integration of newly acquired businesses. You'll be the senior TP voice in the room for M&A due diligence and post-deal integration, working closely with corporate development, treasury, and finance leadership across the countries the group trades in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
