Transfer Pricing Manager/Consultant
Location: Glasgow
Contract: 12 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office
About the Role
We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join a global tax function supporting documentation, compliance, governance and policy activities across multiple international jurisdictions. Working closely with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Legal and the wider business, you will help ensure transfer pricing arrangements remain compliant, appropriately documented and aligned to regulatory requirements. This role offers exposure to a broad range of transfer pricing activities within a complex multinational environment. Whilst an understanding of transfer pricing principles is important, the position also requires strong stakeholder management, organisation, documentation and compliance skills.

Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasising long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and maintain transfer pricing documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support the management and monitoring of transfer pricing policies and inter-company arrangements.
- Assist with the review of bench-marking studies and transfer pricing analyses.
- Support transfer pricing audits, tax authority enquiries and compliance activities.
- Work closely with Tax, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to obtain, review and validate information.
- Manage multiple deliverables and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Analyse financial and operational data to support transfer pricing activities and decision making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies within the transfer pricing function.
- Support governance, reporting and policy activities across the wider tax team.

What You Bring
- Experience within Transfer Pricing, International Tax, Tax Compliance or a related discipline.
- Experience preparing, maintaining or coordinating transfer pricing documentation.
- Understanding of transfer pricing compliance requirements and governance processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple business functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical capability and ability to interpret financial information.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with candidates from Transfer Pricing, International Tax, Tax Compliance, Tax Advisory, in-house Transfer Pricing functions and Big 4 Tax and Transfer Pricing practices. Successful candidates will bring a blend of transfer pricing knowledge, compliance and documentation experience, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively within a global organisation.
