Are you an experienced transfer pricing specialist ready to lead key projects within a dynamic team?

The Role

This position involves managing transfer pricing projects, providing strategic advice, and supporting business growth. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with UK law and OECD guidelines. The role includes mentoring junior staff, developing client relationships, and contributing to practice improvement.

  • Lead on transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files and Master Files.
  • Conduct functional analysis, economic benchmarking, and cross-border finance reviews.
  • Draft technical reports and advise clients on complex transfer pricing matters.
  • Support business development efforts, helping to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams across tax, audit, and finance functions.

The Ideal Candidate

This role suits a professional with solid transfer pricing experience and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Mandatory

  • Hold a recognised professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT).
  • Have at least 3 years' experience in transfer pricing advisory, in practice or industry.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of UK transfer pricing law and OECD standards.
  • Be skilled in transfer pricing documentation, functional analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Have experience with intercompany finance and thin capitalisation.
  • Confidently communicate complex ideas clearly and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Be proficient in using AI tools to improve workflows.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel modelling.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Involvement in practice development or leadership initiatives.
  • Familiarity with automation tools in finance.
