Opportunity

We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Finance and Tax team and support Brunswick’s international operations.

The Transfer Pricing Manager will be responsible for managing and developing Brunswick’s global transfer pricing framework, ensuring that our intercompany arrangements are appropriately designed, documented and implemented across the Group.

Reporting to the Head of International Tax, and working closely with colleagues across Tax, Finance and the wider business, the role will combine technical transfer pricing expertise with hands-on practical implementation. The successful candidate will help Brunswick manage transfer pricing risk, meet its compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions and ensure that policies remain appropriate as the Group evolves.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key area of international tax within a global professional services organisation and to work with senior stakeholders across Brunswick’s international network.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Brunswick’s global transfer pricing policies and ensure they remain aligned with the Group’s operating model and relevant international tax requirements.
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, including Master File, Local Files and supporting analyses.
  • Coordinate transfer pricing compliance requirements across Brunswick’s international jurisdictions, working with local Finance teams and external advisers, where appropriate.
  • Review and support the implementation of intercompany arrangements, including management and service charges, cost allocations and other cross-border transactions.
  • Monitor the financial outcomes of transfer pricing policies and identify where adjustments or further analysis may be required.
  • Provide transfer pricing advice in relation to changes in the business, including new entities, changes to operating models and cross-border activities.
  • Support responses to transfer pricing enquiries, audits and requests from tax authorities.
  • Monitor developments in OECD guidance and relevant local transfer pricing legislation and assess their implications for Brunswick.
  • Work with local advisors on developments within non-OECD countries.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure intercompany agreements, policies and operational processes are appropriately aligned.
  • Manage relationships with external transfer pricing advisers and coordinate specialist support where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve transfer pricing processes, controls, data and documentation.
  • Support wider international tax projects and Group Tax priorities as required.
  • Prepare transfer pricing calculations across the Group in accordance with the Group’s transfer pricing policies. Manage and take ownership of the associated invoicing process, from calculation through to the accurate recording of invoices.
  • Work with local finance managers in jurisdictions outside the OECD framework to review transfer pricing calculations and ensure they are appropriately applied.
  • Prepare supporting calculations and analysis for the Group’s management charge for both statutory and management accounting purposes, ensuring consistency with the Group’s transfer pricing policies.
  • Work with local finance managers to prepare transfer pricing sales and purchase estimates to support the Group’s financial forecasting and planning processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
