Your new role
As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of transfer pricing advisory projects for both UK and international clients. You will take responsibility for managing engagements from initial scoping through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery and exceptional client service throughout.
Your work will include:
- Advising on transfer pricing policies
- Leading functional analysis interviews
- Overseeing the preparation of Local Files and Master Files
- Managing economic benchmarking studies
- Supporting clients with intercompany financing and thin capitalisation matters
You will act as a trusted adviser to clients, translating complex technical concepts into practical and commercially focused solutions.

Alongside client delivery, you will:
- Contribute to business development activities
- Support the preparation of proposals
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client portfolios
- Work closely with colleagues across Tax, Audit, and Corporate Finance to provide integrated client solutions
- Support and mentor junior members of the team
What You'll Need To Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be professionally qualified, ideally ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent, with demonstrable experience in transfer pricing gained within practice or industry.
You will possess a strong understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines, alongside experience in:
- Transfer pricing documentation
- Functional analysis
- Economic benchmarking
- Cross-border financing matters
Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to clients are essential.
You will be a proactive and collaborative individual who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the growth of a successful team. Experience of leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery would be advantageous.
