Transfer Pricing Manager | £55,000–£60,000 | Career Growth

Are you a Transfer Pricing professional looking for a role where you can do more than simply manage a portfolio?

This is an opportunity to join a growing Transfer Pricing function at an exciting stage of its development, with the chance to help shape the practice, influence its direction and play a key role in its continued growth.

The team is expanding due to increasing demand across Transfer Pricing advisory and compliance, and they’re looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager who wants genuine responsibility, client exposure and long-term progression.

The opportunity

You’ll work with a varied portfolio of multinational clients, providing high-quality Transfer Pricing advice while also contributing to the wider development of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Transfer Pricing advisory and compliance projects
  • Leading Transfer Pricing planning and policy development engagements
  • Supporting Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance
  • Managing multiple client projects and stakeholder relationships
  • Working directly with clients and contributing to strategic discussions
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Supporting proposals, scoping exercises and new business opportunities
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship management
  • Helping shape and grow the wider Transfer Pricing offering

About you

We’re keen to speak with experienced Transfer Pricing professionals who have:

  • Strong Transfer Pricing advisory experience
  • Experience with planning and policy development
  • Transfer Pricing compliance and documentation experience
  • Knowledge of UK Transfer Pricing and UK corporate tax
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues
  • Client-facing and commercially minded experience
  • Some exposure to business development

Relevant qualifications such as CTA, ADIT, ACA, CA, ACCA or an LLM in International Tax would be advantageous, although technical capability and relevant experience are the priority.

Strong Assistant Managers ready to step up into a Manager position will also be considered.
