About the Company
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Transfer Pricing Manager to expand our transfer pricing offering. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting further building the service line and will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of top quality advice to the existing clients across our offices. The Transfer Pricing Manager will provide a positive contribution to the development of the firm resulting in building a team and top line revenues by active promotion of this specialist service line.

Responsibilities
- Research and analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on the client's business, transfer pricing issues, regulations, and market trends to support client engagements
- Data analysis: Assist with the collection and analysis of financial data to support transfer pricing analysis
- Client engagement: Collaborate with senior team members to support in client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to client deliverables
- Project management: Manage tasks within assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Guide team: Guide and train junior team members of the TP team to build and nurture talents
- Economic analysis: Develop economic analysis methodologies and search strategies. Use databases and AI-enabled software tools to perform and review benchmarking analyses to evaluate and support transfer pricing strategies
- Documentation: Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports in compliance with local regulations and international standards
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels
- Contribute to proposals, tenders, and marketing initiatives
- Collaboration across the Firm and across geographies: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Firm and with our counterparts in other countries in the HLB network to deliver comprehensive client solutions
- Support the Transfer Pricing leadership in leading and mentoring a team of transfer pricing professionals
- Support the Transfer Pricing partner in resource planning, performance management, and training

Qualifications

- Post-graduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, Tax or equivalent disciplines or CTA/ACA qualified
Required Skills
- Previous Transfer Pricing experience in a professional services firm
- Excellent communication skills, including technical written work
- Confident self-starter and ability to develop a team
- Must have good research and analytical skills
- Must have good awareness of risk management
- Capable of dealing with a wide range of people and at different levels
