The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join a growing and high-performing team. Working with a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, you will lead complex transfer pricing engagements, manage client relationships, and play a key role in business development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of transfer pricing clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Lead transfer pricing projects from initial planning through to implementation, documentation, and resolution of technical queries.
- Take responsibility for engagement financials, budgeting, and risk management.
- Support business development initiatives, identifying opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with specialists across the firm's international network to deliver integrated solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.
- Stay up to date with transfer pricing developments, regulatory changes, and broader international tax considerations.
- Contribute to thought leadership and help strengthen the firm's presence in the market.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Significant experience advising multinational businesses on transfer pricing matters.
- A strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality technical work.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and managing associated financial responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business development activities.
- The ability to mentor and develop junior team members effectively.
- Experience with wider international tax or corporate tax matters would be advantageous.
- ACA, CTA or an equivalent international professional qualification (or comparable relevant experience).
