About The Role

The operational transfer pricing space is seeing unprecedented growth due to an increasingly complex international compliance landscape, significant advancements in tax technologies and the heightened scrutiny from tax authorities into the way in which organisations maintain and control their transfer pricing functions.

Our Financial Services Sector focused Operational Transfer Pricing (OpTP) Team is therefore expanding and looking to hire a talented Senior Manager to join a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team specialising in embedding efficient and sustainable Transfer Pricing processes and systems.

Working directly with the UK Operational TP Leadership team, the Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions, shaping market offerings, and driving client success.

This role calls for someone with a broad set of skills and would be ideally suited to someone with prior experience examining, challenging and redesigning tax and financial processes (whether as an auditor, financial controller or in a consultative capacity). A solid understanding of good governance and processes is essential. And experience in designing and implementing transfer pricing operations is desired.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
