About The Job
Games Workshop has a rare opportunity for a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to join our international tax team. This is a key role where you will manage the policies, structure, and compliance documentation of our inter-company transactional activities across our global business entities.
Not only will you have pragmatism and attention to detail to develop strategies and policies for our current business entities, but you will be inquisitive and able to navigate through complexity to support any new business processes and new countries that we decide to operate in. You will always ensure we maintain the highest standards by leaving no stone unturned to protect Games Workshop as you document any legislative changes and transfer pricing reporting requirements.
This role requires someone who is proactive as you will research and advise on international tax structures to enable the business’ activities while maintaining compliance. Having the confidence in your technical knowledge you will consult directly with external tax authorities, auditors, and advisors to secure favourable outcomes. You will also work with other departments within the business to organise and improve the collection and presentation of data required for transfer pricing. This means ideally you will have a background in both practice and industry.

Transfer Pricing will be your speciality, but you will also need to be a people person. You will understand the value of collaboration and communication, working across other departments in the business to gain insight on the functionality of the business. Communication will be key to ensuring information flows seamlessly in order to keep the business within the appropriate tax guidelines. You will develop a strong understanding of Games Workshop, including reviews of forecast and actual results of the Group’s entities, inter-company transactions, employment, and products, all of which will support you to succeed in this role.
