- Lead the delivery of complex Transfer Pricing advisory and compliance engagements
- Advise multinational clients on Transfer Pricing strategy, policy design and implementation
- Support business restructurings, international expansions and operating model changes
- Manage HMRC enquiries, controversy matters and dispute resolution projects
- Prepare and review high-quality technical reports and client deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new business
- Collaborate with international tax, transactions and broader advisory teams on multidisciplinary projects
- Lead, coach and develop junior members of the Transfer Pricing team
- Contribute to thought leadership, practice development and technical training initiatives

Previous Experience
- Significant Transfer Pricing experience gained within a professional services or specialist advisory environment
- Strong technical knowledge across the full Transfer Pricing lifecycle
- Experience leading complex international and cross-border advisory projects
- Proven client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong business development and commercial awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing, coaching and developing junior team members
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CFA, legal qualification or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
