Tax Technical Specialist with Transfer Pricing Expertise
We are seeking a Tax Technical Specialist with transfer pricing expertise to support the optimisation of a documentation platform and establish a technically robust, scalable and practical future-state transfer pricing documentation process.

Your tasks
- Provide transfer pricing technical input into the optimisation of the documentation platform and the related preparation process
- Review the existing master file, local file and supporting intercompany documentation structure to identify opportunities to improve quality, consistency and efficiency
- Work with the functional consultant to ensure that templates, workflows, links, review steps and controls reflect transfer pricing requirements
- Support the design of the future-state transfer pricing documentation process, including roles, responsibilities, review points and governance
- Contribute to user guidance, process documentation and handover materials for the ongoing preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation

Must have competences
- Strong transfer pricing technical experience, including practical experience preparing, reviewing and improving master file, local file and supporting intercompany transaction documentation
- Good understanding of transfer pricing documentation standards, evidence requirements and practical compliance processes
- Experience improving transfer pricing documentation processes, templates, data collection or governance frameworks
- Ability to define documentation requirements and translate technical transfer pricing requirements into clear process, documentation and system requirements
- Experience working with tax, finance, business and technology stakeholders to deliver process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills
Nice to have competences
- Experience in the insurance or financial-services sector
- Experience with Workiva and the ability to work effectively with a Workiva functional consultant
