As part of the Group Transformation Team, you'll play a key role in delivering Empower, YTL UK's transformation programme. Empower exists to help our people do their best work by creating greater simplicity, providing better tools and removing barriers that limit performance.
We're looking for a naturally curious and analytical Transformation Analyst to provide the insight, evidence and analysis that helps shape transformation strategy, informs investment decisions and demonstrates the value delivered through our transformation portfolio.
What you'll do
As a Transformation Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse and interpret information that supports strategic decision-making and drives meaningful change.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing data and insights to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement
- Partnering with stakeholders to gather information and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Supporting the development of business cases, benefits tracking and transformation initiatives
- Providing analysis to support portfolio prioritisation, reporting and decision-making
- Translating complex information into clear, impactful reports and presentations
- Supporting workstream mobilisation, change activities and stakeholder engagement
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment and taking ownership of your professional development.

You'll ideally have:
- Experience analysing data and insights to support transformation, business improvement or strategic initiatives
- An understanding of business analysis, benefits realisation and continuous improvement principles
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather information, build relationships and challenge constructively
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences
- Strong analytical capability, including experience with large datasets, advanced Excel and Power BI or similar tools
- Knowledge of KPI development, performance measurement and benefits tracking
- A proactive, evidence-led and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- A curious mindset and commitment to continuous learning and development.
