Your responsibilities
The Transformation Analyst plays a key role in shaping and delivering strategic transformation initiatives, working as part of a cross-functional team to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable improvements.
The role focuses on managing defined areas of scope, such as workstreams, projects or problem statements, ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively and adopted across the business to achieve intended outcomes across financial, operational, customer, colleague and sustainability measures.

Transformation shaping & delivery
Support the identification and shaping of transformation initiatives through analysis, stakeholder engagement, workshops and research activities. Contribute to the design of solutions and approaches that address key business challenges and opportunities. Lead the planning and execution of assigned scope, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets and objectives.

Execution & performance management
Deliver assigned initiatives or workstreams to ensure benefits are realised within agreed parameters. Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies to ensure controlled delivery. Support financial, resource and delivery planning activities as required.

Stakeholder collaboration & communication
Work collaboratively across directorates and supporting functions to enable progress and delivery. Build effective relationships with stakeholders to support alignment, engagement and delivery success. Prepare and deliver clear updates, reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

Change & adoption
Support the development and implementation of change management activities to ensure successful adoption of outputs. Assess organisational impact and contribute to communication, engagement and training approaches where required.

Innovation & continuous improvement
Contribute to the development and refinement of innovative solutions through collaboration, prototyping and feedback. Promote continuous improvement and new ways of working across transformation initiatives.
Your skills, experience and qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience supporting the delivery of transformation initiatives, projects or programmes.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Understanding of project, programme or change management disciplines.
- Experience with planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Professional accreditation (project, programme, agile or change management) is desirable.
- Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Aviation experience desirable.
Skills and Capabilities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage tasks, priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Understanding of delivery disciplines including budget, schedule and scope management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Openness to innovation and continuous improvement.
