We are currently supporting a Midlands-based Local Authority that is delivering a significant council-wide transformation programme and is looking to appoint an experienced Transformation Business Analyst to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile change agenda, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to gather and analyse requirements, map and improve business processes, and support the successful delivery of transformational change.

About the Role
The role is offered on an initial 6-month contract, operating inside IR35, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring 3 days per week onsite.
Requirements
We're keen to speak with Business Analysts who have:
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- A track record of delivering business change within complex organisations

Previous Local Government or wider Public Sector experience is essential, and candidates must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
