🚀 Hiring: TMO Lead – OSS Transformation
📍 Location: Reading, UK
💼 Employment Type: Permanent / FTE
We are looking for an experienced TMO Lead – OSS Transformation to lead governance, demand management, capacity planning, financial tracking, and reporting for a large-scale OSS transformation programme covering 300+ applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Demand Management and prioritisation.
- Lead capacity planning and resource alignment across delivery teams.
- Track programme budgets vs. actuals, forecasts, variances and financial risks.
- Lead TMO governance, reporting, RAID, milestones, dependencies and critical path.
- Own the Integrated Programme Plan and executive dashboards.
- Manage change requests and scope control.
- Drive Agile Ways of Working (WoW) and continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, platforms and vendors.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- ✅ Proven Demand Management experience
- ✅ Strong experience delivering large-scale Agile programmes
- ✅ Experience with large programmes involving 300+ applications
- ✅ Programme-level financial tracking experience — budget, actuals and forecast
- ✅ Strong capacity/resource planning experience
- ✅ TMO/PMO governance and executive reporting
- ✅ Multi-vendor delivery experience
- ✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✅ Telecom / OSS transformation experience is highly desirable
