We're working with a growing UK ServiceNow consultancy looking to add an experienced Change / Transformation Consultant to its Strategy & Assurance practice. You’ll be joining a people-focused ServiceNow consultancy where you’ll have genuine input, plenty of opportunity to develop and the chance to help shape how change and innovation are delivered for clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients to ensure technology-led transformation actually lands – helping organisations understand, adopt and embed change successfully. This isn’t a technical ServiceNow role. We’re looking for someone from a business change, transformation or innovation background who can take ownership of key change workstreams and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

The person in this role will be responsible for:
- Change strategy & implementation planning
- Change impact assessments
- Stakeholder mapping & engagement
- Communications & training
- Workshop facilitation
- Change readiness & adoption
- Continuous improvement & innovation
- Exploring how AI and emerging technologies can support transformation
And should have:
- 4+ years’ experience within Change, Transformation or Innovation
- Experience designing and delivering change strategies and plans
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience across impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, training and adoption
- A genuine interest in AI and future technologies
- Prosci, APMG, Lean Six Sigma, IDEO Design Thinking, CMI or CIPD would be advantageous
