Life Science Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a delivery-focused Transformation Consultant with experience in Medical Affairs and Medical Information operating models.

This position is a 50% hybrid role in Euston, London. If you are outside of the UK, it is fully remote. This is a part-time (2-2.5 days per week) contract that will last until the end of the year. This position falls inside IR35 for UK candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement operating models aligned to business strategy across processes, governance, data, digital, AI and performance management.
  • Develop client presentations, recommendations, and project deliverables.
  • Support transformation programmes and drive sustainable organisational change.
  • Engage stakeholders to define and embed new ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering operating model transformation projects within Medical Affairs.
  • Practical experience with Medical Information operating model design and implementation desired.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation development skills.
  • Proven ability to execute project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
