Transformation Director

Role available on a 12-18m FTC for post merger integration of two social housing organisations.

This role will step in after the initial scoping phase, to help deliver a series of tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities

The three main ‘big ticket’ items are:

  • Consolidations of two different housing management systems
  • Bringing a repairs service in-house
  • Cultural Change Management – shaping the future with one brand and vision

Role Description

The role requires someone to be an inspiration to the organisation and showcase what opportunities will be available on this merger journey. The merger isn’t led by financial difficulties from either side.

Job Details

  • Duration: 12-18m FTC – discussion on this as part of the recruitment process
  • Salary: £120k (some potential flexibility)
  • Location: South East based offices – looking to have this person onsite and present, at least once a week
