Salary: £130,000 - £180,000 + Bonus + Benefits

An ambitious and growing insurance MGA is seeking a Transformation Director to lead a portfolio of strategic change initiatives across the organisation.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering transformation programmes that improve operational efficiency, modernise technology platforms, enhance underwriting and claims capabilities, and support future growth. Working closely with executive leadership, you will drive change across people, process, data and technology.
The organisation has entered a significant period of investment and growth, creating a rare opportunity to build and lead a transformation function while influencing strategy at board level.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the enterprise transformation roadmap.
- Lead a portfolio of business and technology change programmes.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to identify strategic priorities and improvement opportunities.
- Deliver operating model, process and organisational change initiatives.
- Drive modernisation of underwriting, claims, delegated authority and policy administration capabilities.
- Lead technology-enabled transformation including automation, AI, workflow and data initiatives.
- Establish programme governance, reporting and benefits realisation frameworks.
- Build and mentor programme, project management, business analysis and change teams.
- Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and consulting partners.
- Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Experience Required
- Significant experience leading large-scale transformation within insurance.
- Strong understanding of MGA, carrier, broker or London Market environments.
- Proven delivery of complex business and technology change programmes.
- Experience overseeing multi-million-pound transformation portfolios.
- Background spanning programme delivery, business transformation, operating model change and technology modernisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working at C-suite and board level.
- Knowledge of underwriting, claims, delegated authority, distribution or core insurance operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, operations, data and business functions.
