As part of the Group Transformation Team, you'll play a key role in delivering Empower, YTL UK's transformation programme. Empower exists to help our people do their best work by creating greater simplicity, providing better tools and removing barriers that limit performance.
We're looking for a Transformation Lead to support the delivery of initiatives across a broader transformation programme. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business challenges, shape practical solutions and drive meaningful change that improves the way we work across the Group.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with people and turning ideas into action.
What you'll do
- Identifying improvement opportunities through analysis, research and stakeholder engagement.
- Supporting the design and delivery of transformation initiatives that drive business value.
- Working with stakeholders to understand challenges, improve processes and implement practical solutions.
- Facilitating workshops and discussions to gather insights and build engagement.
- Acting as an ambassador for the Empower programme across YTL UK.
- Applying change management principles to support adoption of new ways of working.
- Managing actions, milestones, risks and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
- Supporting benefits tracking and measuring the impact of change.
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing transformation team.
What you'll need
We're looking for someone with experience in transformation, business improvement, project delivery or operational change.

You'll also bring:
- experience analysing business challenges and developing practical solutions
- knowledge of process improvement, organisational change or operating model design
- experience supporting projects, transformation programmes or continuous improvement initiatives
- strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- experience facilitating workshops and collaborative discussions
- excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities
- the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Power BI, Visio or Miro.
