About the Role
We are looking for an experienced transformation manager with a track record of delivering and/or supporting significant transformational change within a healthcare organisation.
The post holder will work collaboratively with clinicians, professionals, patients, staff, and stakeholders to deliver the Trust’s strategic transformation priorities.
The postholder will provide technical transformation expertise to support the Trust to deliver meaningful change, and evidence success.
Furthermore, the postholder will work collaboratively with external partners through the West Suffolk Alliance to deliver place-based priorities in alignment with the Trust’s strategy.
Support the successful development, implementation, and delivery of a range of strategic programmes and projects with a focus on implementing and evidencing sustainable change and using best practice methodology.
Provide transformation expertise to the wider organisation.

Cross organisational working with a range of statutory, third sector, and community organisations as part of the West Suffolk Alliance.
The post holder will be expected to manage and prioritise their own workload and ensure that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standard.

The West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds provides acute and secondary care services (emergency department, maternity and neonatal services, day surgery unit, eye treatment centre, Macmillan unit and children's ward). It has 500+ beds and is a partner teaching hospital of the University of Cambridge.
Adult and paediatric community services, provided in collaboration with West Suffolk Alliance partners, include a range of nursing, therapy, specialist, and ongoing temporary care and rehabilitation, some at our Newmarket Community Hospital.
