Job Title: Transformation Lead - FTC

Salary: £79,000–£94,000

Location / Working Model: UK | Remote by default, with regular London office and client collaboration

Our client is a purpose-led organisation using technology to improve the delivery of essential healthcare services. Their work is focused on creating better outcomes for patients, healthcare professionals, administrative teams, and the wider health system. As a senior member of the organisation, you’ll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, solve complex client challenges, and help deliver meaningful digital transformation. You’ll work across established accounts and new opportunities, combining consultancy, commercial thinking, and relationship leadership in a role where your expertise can directly shape long-term partnerships and measurable outcomes.

You Will Need

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, with experience in consulting, transformation, or complex client delivery.
  • A proven record of owning and growing strategic accounts through structured plans and commercial insight.
  • Experience developing solutions by connecting customer needs with detailed product or service knowledge.
  • Confidence using data and KPIs to assess performance, identify issues, and drive improvement.
  • Strong senior stakeholder, leadership, mentoring, and influencing skills, including at Director level and above.
