The Role
A client in the private healthcare sector is seeking a Transformation Lead to join the team for a 6-month Facilities Management transformation programme.
You will lead a major operational facilities management improvement programme across catering, cleaning, security and hospitality services, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery and workforce effectiveness. Reporting to senior leadership, you will assess the current operating model, develop a transformation roadmap and drive the implementation of sustainable operational and organisational change.

- Conduct a diagnostic review of Facilities Management operations, assessing organisational structure, productivity, performance and service delivery.
- Develop and implement a practical transformation roadmap focused on operational efficiency, workforce optimisation and service improvement.
- Embed stronger performance management and accountability frameworks while driving adoption of new ways of working.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across leadership and frontline teams, managing resistance to change and developing high-potential talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale Soft FM transformation programmes within complex organisations.
- Strong background in facilities management, hospitality, healthcare or other workforce-intensive service environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering operational improvement, productivity enhancement and organisational redesign initiatives.
- Hands-on transformation leader with excellent stakeholder management, change management and performance improvement expertise.

Details
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Initial 2 to 4 week diagnostic phase, followed by a 6-month transformation programme
- Day rate: £1,000 LTD
- Location: London/Hybrid
