Transformation Leader - EMEA
This Transformation Leader-EMEA opportunity offers the chance to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within a leading FMCG & Manufacturing business. Based in Surrey, you will drive operational excellence, digital transformation and measurable business improvement across the EMEA region.

Our client is a leading international FMCG & Manufacturing organisation committed to innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Operating across the EMEA region, the business is investing in process transformation, digitalisation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance performance, improve efficiency and create sustainable value. As part of this journey, they are seeking a Transformation Leader- EMEA to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation. Based in Surrey, the business offers a collaborative environment, engaged stakeholders, significant transformation investment and the opportunity to influence critical business outcomes.
Description
- Lead end-to-end transformation programmes from design through implementation, adoption and value realisation.
- Drive measurable improvements through operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate delivery across the business.
- Lead process redesign, simplification and standardisation across key functions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, automation and AI to enhance performance.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and performance management routines that sustain business outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of transformation professionals while building organisational capability.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic change within a fast-paced FMCG & Manufacturing environment.

Profile
- Proven experience leading business, operational or process transformation programmes within complex organisations.
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Leadership experience, including coaching, developing and managing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, operations or similar environments.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and geographies.

Job Offer
- £100,000 - £120,000 base salary plus bonus.
- Opportunity to lead high-profile transformation programmes across EMEA.
