Job Title: Transformation Manager

Our products are used daily (and you’ll almost certainly have received a message from us) by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals, impacting millions of lives. As a Transformation Manager, your role will be mission critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS.
You’ll lead high-value pilots and contracts with NHS partners, designing and delivering early-stage pilots, building compelling cases for adoption, and training teams to confidently use Accurx products to deliver faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.
Key Projects
- Implementing our AI Scribe across GP practices, hospitals, and other care settings, and ensuring every patient leaves an appointment with a clearly documented summary.
- Translating our expertise from implementing total triage in GP practices to improve how hospital specialist services deliver care.
- Powering communication for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, a new type of service bringing together staff from different organisations that is pivotal to the government’s 10-year plan.
The Unique Challenges You’ll Solve
Transformation at Accurx is made up of experts who work with our NHS clients (Acute Trusts, CMH Trusts, GP Practices, ICBs etc.) to transform how care is delivered and enabled by the Accurx product suite.
A Transformation Manager independently leads the delivery of high-value pilots and contracts, transforming care delivery and building the case for wider adoption across the NHS. They work to establish playbooks in different areas and move our products from 0 to 1 to the 1 to many stage working closely with the Implementation team who run with playbooks at scale.
Responsibilities
- Driving complex pilots from idea to impact
- You’ll design and lead customer engagements for early-stage Accurx products such as Scribe, Patient Triage and Neighbourhoods, developing clear deployment plans, goals, and success metrics.
- You’ll coordinate onboarding and training, monitor performance and ROI, and present outcomes and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Through detailed planning and engagement, you’ll help turn pipeline opportunities into successful pilots and contracted deployments, building the evidence and business cases for wider adoption.

Navigating NHS complexity and building trusted relationships
- You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across Acute Trusts, Community and Mental Health Trusts, GP practices, and ICBs.
- Using your understanding of NHS structures, budgets, productivity metrics, incentives, and clinical workflows, you’ll align Accurx’s value to local challenges and ROI frameworks.
- You’ll build internal champions, uncover new use cases, develop relationships with senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities to expand adoption beyond the initial pilot, supporting commercial progression across accounts.

Scaling transformation through training and enablement
- You’ll develop a strong understanding of the Accurx product suite so you can confidently demo and train clinicians, administrative teams, digital leads, and other stakeholders, adapting your approach to different levels of digital confidence.
- You’ll create and continuously improve scalable resources such as guides, videos, FAQs, and walkthroughs, using feedback and product developments to keep them relevant.
- You’ll also contribute to playbooks, best practices, and internal knowledge sharing, enabling the Implementation team to take proven approaches to scale.

Shaping product, strategy, and wider adoption through insight
- You’ll capture frontline feedback and user pain points, advocating for product changes and helping shape solutions that reflect real NHS workflows.
- You’ll use these insights to contribute to product and strategic decisions, proposals, business cases, tender responses, and commercial opportunities.
- You’ll also represent Accurx at relevant NHS and healthcare events, share learnings across the business, and maintain accurate records of customer activity in internal tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
What We're Looking For
We need a Transformation Manager who embodies our Principles and thrives on significant challenges. We’re seeking the following core skills, coupled with a mindset ready for real impact:
- 2+ years of experience in large scale change management projects (e.g. consulting, NHS transformation).
- Stakeholder management: Has excellent client-facing skills, and is able to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively, raise and resolve issues, and drive stakeholders to action.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead medium to large sized projects autonomously, ensuring project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Structured Problem Solving: Is self directed in demonstrating advanced skills in structured problem solving, employing systematic approaches and a range of methodologies to analyse complex operational challenges.
- Data Analysis: Exhibits proficient skills in data analysis, employing a range of analytical techniques to derive insights from large data sets and dashboards.
- Embedding Change: Leads implementation of change initiatives within the team, function, or projects, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
- Collaboration: Facilitates and promotes collaboration within the team and across departments, fostering a culture of open communication, teamwork, and shared success.
