Job Title

I represent an early-stage AI operations platform that automates end-to-end workflows for retail and CPG enterprises. The client name stays discreet until you're in process. Founded by a serial entrepreneur (Rohlik Group). Strong traction, real customers, early stage.

This is a consultant-in-residence role. You build a new function from scratch: owning the customer's business transformation, delivering measurable P&L impact, and expanding from pilot to enterprise-wide adoption. Not customer success. Not project management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer's transformation end-to-end. From initial pilot through enterprise-wide deployment. You are accountable for business outcomes, not feature adoption.
  • Build investment-grade business cases for every engagement. Baseline current operations, model the ROI, and present recommendations to C-level stakeholders. You sell through expertise and evidence, not relationships.
  • Lead discovery across customer functions: category management, supply chain, finance operations. Identify where automation drives measurable margin or cost impact.
  • Present to and influence executive boards. You operate as a trusted advisor. When challenged, you rebuild the case with sharper data and come back stronger.
  • Scale from pilot to multi-million dollar programs. Identify the next highest-impact workflows, build the investment case for each, and drive adoption across the organization.
  • Shape the transformation function as it grows. Define how engagements are structured, how success is measured, and how insights compound. Build the playbook from scratch.
  • Travel to Prague for customer on-sites, internal alignment, and the final interview stages.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Real requirements (must-haves, no nice-to-haves)

  • Strategic transformation leadership. You have led significant operational or digital change programs that delivered measurable business outcomes. You can name the baseline, the change, and the P&L impact.
  • Retail or CPG domain experience. Your background includes hands-on project work within retail, FMCG, or CPG environments. You understand category management, supply chain operations, or finance processes in that world.
  • C-level communication and influence. You have presented to and been challenged by executive leadership. You build data-backed business cases and sell through credibility, not authority or tenure.
  • Ownership of business outcomes, not just delivery. Your track record is measured in margin improvement, cost reduction, or revenue impact. Not features launched, projects completed, or satisfaction scores.
  • Building from ambiguity. You have operated in environments where the role, process, or organization didn't exist yet. You built it. You're comfortable without a playbook and write your own.
